Nicola Day About Me
I am a qualified Physiotherapist and am currently working within the NHS as a Senior Women's Health Physiotherapist. I treat antenatal and postnatal related musculoskeletal complaints on a daily basis as well as gynaecological and breast cancer related conditions.
I have been teaching Antenatal and Postnatal Pilates in the Cambridge area since 2006 and in Saffron Walden since September 2007. I have also taught General Beginner Pilates, Intermediate and Advanced Classes.
I am a member of the Assosciation of Chartered Physiotherapists in Women's Health.
